# Channel performance log

Copy this template for each reporting period. Keep customer identities in your private customer system.

| Content URL | Topic / format | Duration | Published at | Observed at | Age of content | Views | Average watch time, if available | Likes | Comments | Shares | Qualified enquiries | Notes |

Take separate rows at 24 hours and seven days, or another consistently chosen interval. Mark missing fields N/A, not zero. Use exact dashboard labels. Do not equate views with unique people.

## Channel-level observations

| Observation time | Audience metric label | Count | Reported earnings and currency | Earnings status / reporting period |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | | | | |

Net audience change = ending count minus starting count. Percentage change = net change divided by starting count times 100; leave unavailable when the starting count is zero.

Example interaction-to-view ratio = (likes + comments + shares) divided by views times 100. State whether other actions are included. Multiple actions can come from one person; this is not a unique-person conversion rate. Do not calculate when views are zero or missing.
