Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to SMM Africa through the website, app views, APIs, wallet funding flows, support channels, and related tools. By creating an account, funding a wallet, placing an order, or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and authority
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you.
- If you are acting for a client, employer, or agency, you confirm that you have authority to place orders and manage campaigns for that party.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your location and appropriate for the platforms involved.
Accounts, credentials, and API access
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your email and contact information current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password, authenticator codes, API key, and notification destinations.
- Orders, funding requests, support instructions, and API actions submitted through your account are treated as authorized until you report unauthorized use.
Wallet funding and payment processing
- Most services on SMM Africa are purchased using prepaid wallet credit.
- Funding flows may rely on third-party payment providers, messaging providers, telecom rails, or manual review processes.
- Wallet balances are platform credits for use within SMM Africa. They are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, or guaranteed cash-withdrawal balances.
- We may delay, limit, or reject funding or wallet activity when we detect fraud risk, payment abuse, duplicated requests, or unresolved disputes.
Orders, delivery, and provider dependency
- Order delivery depends on the specific service, current provider conditions, target validity, platform availability, quantity, and timing.
- We may refuse, pause, cancel, or review orders that appear invalid, private, duplicated, impossible to fulfill, abusive, or likely to create payment or platform risk.
- Not every service supports refill, cancellation, or reversal. Those options depend on the selected service and how far delivery has progressed.
- Estimated start times, completion speeds, or confidence labels are guidance, not guarantees.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
- You may not attack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, app, APIs, delivery systems, or support tools.
- You may not use stolen payment instruments, evade bans, abuse chargebacks, or create duplicate accounts to bypass controls.
- You remain responsible for your own compliance with platform rules, advertising rules, disclosure rules, and client obligations.
Suspension, refusal, and investigation
- We may suspend accounts, limit wallets, delay withdrawals of credit, block orders, or request verification when abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or security concerns arise.
- We may preserve records, messages, proofs, and transaction data while investigating disputes or suspicious activity.
- Repeated abuse of refunds, refills, cancellations, payment methods, or support channels may lead to account restrictions or closure.
Service changes and intellectual property
- We may add, remove, replace, reprice, or rename services, providers, packages, automations, and panels at any time.
- All site content, branding, copy, workflow design, and software remain the property of SMM Africa or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
- You may use the platform for your own campaigns or client operations, but you may not copy or redistribute the platform itself without permission.
Warranties, liability, and changes
- The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or continued availability of any third-party platform or provider.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, SMM Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputation, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies when posted unless mandatory law requires a different notice period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the laws reasonably applicable to SMM Africa's operations in Kenya will generally govern unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
