Zero-Tolerance Policy
SMM.Africa maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior that sexualizes or exploits children (anyone under 18). This includes creation, sharing, solicitation, grooming, or facilitating access to abusive material. Accounts involved in such activities will be permanently removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
Prohibited Conduct
- Any sexualized depiction of minors or requests for such material.
- Grooming, enticement, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Providing links, instructions, or services that enable access to abusive content.
- Predatory behavior, extortion, or trafficking of minors.
Enforcement
- Immediate removal of violating content and permanent account bans.
- Preservation of evidence and reporting to appropriate authorities (e.g., local law enforcement, NCMEC, INHOPE, as applicable).
- Blocking repeat offenders and associated payment or device identifiers.
