Start Using the Panel📘 Beginner’s Guide: How to Use SMM Africa
Step 1: Create Your Account
Go to smm.africa, click on “Register”, and enter your email, username, and password. Then log in to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Add Funds
Click “Add Funds” in the menu. Choose M-Pesa, Crypto, or Bank Transfer, enter your amount, and follow the payment steps to top up your balance.
Step 3: Select a Service
Click “New Order”, choose a social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and then select the category (e.g., Followers, Views).
Step 4: Fill in Order Details
Paste your content or profile link, enter the quantity (e.g., 1000 followers), and the system will auto-calculate the cost in your Currency..
Step 5: Place the Order
Click “Place Your Order”. If your balance is low, the system will prompt you to add funds first. Your order will start processing immediately.
Step 6: Track Your Order
Go to “Orders” to see if your order is pending, in progress, completed, or failed. You’ll also see delivery numbers and start count.
Step 7: Contact Support If Needed

Average percentage of drops from completed orders in the last 3 days.
- Almost No: 0–10%
- N/A: No recent orders
💵 Payments & Deposits
We support M-Pesa, Crypto, and Bank Transfer. Most payments reflect within seconds. Minimum deposit is KES 1.00. If your payment doesn’t reflect within 10 minutes, contact support.
🔐 Account & Security
Always use a real email so you can reset your password. You can update your details from the dashboard. We use encryption to keep your account safe. Never share your login with anyone.
🔄 Refunds & Drops Policy
If a service fails or drops, our system may auto-refill or refund your balance. Please read the service description to know if refill or refund is supported before placing the order.
📘 Common Terms on SMM Africa
- Start Count: Number of likes/followers your content had when you ordered
- Remains: How many units of the service are still pending
- Status: The stage of the order: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled
- Drip Feed: Optional delivery in intervals (e.g. 100 followers every hour)
🤝 Refer & Earn
Invite friends to SMM Africa using your referral link and earn a percentage of everything they spend. Check your referral dashboard to get your link and see your commissions.
🛠 Manage Orders (Cancel, Speed Up, Refill)
You can manage your active or completed orders right from the Orders page. For selected services, you’ll see options to:
- Cancel: If the service hasn’t started yet and is cancelable, you’ll get an option to cancel it and refund your balance.
- Speed Up: If available, you can request faster delivery manually via ticket.
- Refill: If you notice a drop, check if the service supports refill and request it from the same order via ticket.
