How to interpret service quality information
Understand catalog estimates, service conditions and historical order signals without treating them as guarantees.
Catalog descriptions and estimates
Start time, speed, drop and reliability labels in a listing describe that service's current catalog information. They are not a verified guarantee of delivery time, genuine users, retention or account safety. Missing information remains unknown. Read the complete description before ordering.
Historical order signals
Where historical recommendations are shown, SMM Africa aggregates recorded order outcomes over 7-day and 30-day windows. Completion and refund rates use recorded orders in those windows. The 30-day sample tier is low below 15 orders, medium from 15 through 49, and high from 50. These are operational signals, not independent audits of audience quality.
Limits of the evidence
Recent orders may still be processing; missing or delayed status updates can affect rates. Small samples are less informative. Past delivery does not establish future retention, organic recommendations, customer sales or monetization eligibility. Check the last refresh time when one is shown.
Refills, cancellations and price units
A refill flag indicates that an eligible refill may be requested; it does not guarantee no drops. Cancellation depends on service and order state. Public rate labels may describe a quantity or a package; use the confirmed checkout total rather than calculating a charge from an ambiguous label.
Report a discrepancy
Send the service ID, order ID where relevant, the label you saw and its date to support. Do not include account secrets. A correction should preserve the distinction between a supplier description and a measured outcome.
