What if my payment was deducted but my balance wasn’t added?

This can happen with manual or crypto payments. Manual methods like Bank Transfer, Payoneer, or Wise don’t auto-credit - open a support ticket with your payment details to confirm and add your balance. For crypto, if the payment was underpaid, sent on the wrong network, or with low fees, open a ticket and we’ll help you fix or reissue it.
