If an order is canceled or partially delivered, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your SMM Africa balance. If your order gets stuck after two refill or speed-up requests, you can contact support to get it refunded to your balance. Refunds are not valid if you use multiple panels or providers at the same time, as that makes it impossible to determine where the drop came from.
