Once an order has started, it can’t be canceled. However, if it’s still in Pending status and hasn’t been picked up, you can open a support ticket with your Order ID and a valid reason. If the order hasn’t begun, we’ll cancel it and refund your full balance. Always double-check your links and details before ordering.
