My order hasn’t started yet. What should I do?

Answer

Each service has an estimated start time listed in its description. Some start instantly, while others take a few hours. If your order stays Pending long after its estimated start time, contact support with your Order ID - we’ll push it to start, replace it, or refund your balance if it can’t run.
