A missing wallet credit needs a status check, not an immediate second payment. Your bank or mobile wallet and your SMM.Africa account describe different parts of the same transaction. Keep both records until you understand what happened.
Start with the original payment
Open Payment history in Add Funds. Find the reference that matches the amount, currency, and time of your attempt. Expand its details and use the status-check option when available. Checking an existing payment does not initiate a new charge. If the method cannot be checked there, send its reference to support.
Pending means confirmation is unresolved. Expired means the request window ended. Failed means the payment is recorded as unsuccessful. A timeout does not prove that your operator took no money. Look at the debit or reversal in your bank or mobile-wallet record as well as the panel status.
If money was deducted
Contact SMM.Africa support with the payment reference, amount, currency, payment time, and a redacted receipt. Describe the missing wallet credit. Do not send a PIN, password, one-time code, or full card number. Continue in the same conversation so the original evidence stays together.
Before trying another method
If the original attempt is confirmed unsuccessful and you have checked that you were not charged, review the methods currently offered for your account. A different method creates a separate payment. If either record remains unclear, ask support to investigate before approving another charge. Repeated clicking does not resolve an uncertain payment.
Make the next deposit easier to reconcile
Check the payment currency, method limits, estimated wallet credit, and final fees before approval. Funding a wallet does not place an order. Save the final payment confirmation and compare it with the recorded credit. For M-Pesa-specific steps, read the M-Pesa funding guide. SMM.Africa's payment history gives you a reference to work from; your operator receipt provides the other side of the check.
